The Fundraising Operations Manager builds and manages the operational systems and infrastructure needed to grow the organization's fundraising program. This role acts as a cross-functional facilitator connecting development teams with data, CRM, and analytics to drive growth in neuroscience research funding.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of operations management experience in fundraising or philanthropy, preferably within healthcare or research organizations. Candidates should have a proven track record in CRM implementation, workflow automation, and collaborative strategy execution.
What you’ll do.
The Fundraising Operations Manager plays a critical role in building and strengthening the operational foundation needed to grow the organization’s fundraising program. This internally facing role builds and manages all of the necessary systems, fundraising and campaign support for the organization’s mission to fund neuroscience research, with an initial focus on research and public education. Serving as a trusted internal partner and cross-functional facilitator, this role connects Development with teams across data and information, prospect research, CRM, campaign execution, reporting, analytics, and donor stewardship to ensure the organization has the insight, structure, and operational support needed to drive meaningful fundraising growth.

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week).
Schedule: Some evening and weekends required.
