The City Manager is responsible for managing regional distributors, ensuring KPI achievement, and driving sales growth through effective business planning and execution. They also lead and develop the sales team, maintain strong relationships with key retailers, and ensure high standards of in-store execution.
Candidates must have a college degree or higher with 6-8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in the FMCG sector. A minimum of 3 years of experience in team and distributor management is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

2) 与区域经销商紧密合作确保其计分卡KPI的达成
与经销商运作经理合作建立强大的区域经销商功能团队，包括销售，财务，客服，物流，系统和人力资源。
在亿滋计分卡机制的基础上，定期组织并主导经销商能力评估。
制定详细的行动计划以提升经销商的能力（销售运营的实施）。
辅导经销商运作经理以亿滋模式管理经销商销售团队。
3) 通过执行区域经销商运营手册提高其运营能力
对经销商销售团队提供辅导和培训以确保其高质高效地理解并执行经销商运营手册。
根据计分卡定期评估区域经销商的能力并为其度身定制发展计划。
对经销商销售团队和各组织进行能力建设以及知识的传输（DMS/SIF系统操作，SOP实施，店内执行，线规划，财务知识，HR知识等）。
4) 与优质零售商维持良好的客情以促进销售目标的达成
在详细的数据分析如POS数据，库存数据的基础上，组织与重点门店的生意回顾。
与内部团队协调解决日常运营问题，并为客户提供最佳服务。
根据相关的标准指引，如新品列进，促销计划，陈列等，与独立门店进行某些店内活动谈判。
带领销售团队履行重点客户团队签订的合同条款。
5) 传授门店执行的课程
培训并辅导亿滋销售团队确保高标准高质量的店内执行。
定期拜访门店检查执行质量。
6) 有效的内部沟通
与区域商贸、重点客户团队以及经销商销售团队保持良好的沟通确保正确理解公司的政策和执行标准。
收集市场信息并及时反馈相关部门。
7) 亿滋销售团队管理及能力提升
为每一位团队成员制定清晰的销售目标，密追踪达成结果，持续进行回顾，提升效率。
根据公司的指引提供店内辅导。
根据公司的指引高质量地进行绩效管理。
与团队成员就发展计划进行讨论并提供密切辅导。
大专及以上学历
6-8年工作经验，其中至少5年FMCG相关工作经验
至少3年团队管理及经销商管理经验
丰富的重点客户系统经验及传统渠道管理经验
良好的沟通技巧和较强人际敏锐度
熟练的office软件操作技能（Outlook、Word、Excel、PPT）
