Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of longitudinal and lateral motion control algorithms for autonomous heavy-duty vehicles. You will conduct vehicle dynamics modeling, parameter identification, and real-vehicle debugging to ensure stability and performance in complex mining environments.
Requires a Master's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, or Control Theory with at least 2 years of experience in autonomous driving control. Proficiency in control algorithms like MPC/LQR and programming in C++ or Matlab/Simulink is essential.

运动控制算法工程师
岗位职责:
1、负责无人驾驶车辆横纵向运动控制算法设计、开发、标定与迭代优化，提升重载场景下整车控制稳定性、平顺性与响应性能。
2、研究无人矿卡、铰接车等多车型非线性动力学特性，开展控制策略适配，依据车辆转向特性、制动特性开发自适应补偿算法，攻克大惯性路径跟踪、满载制动、车身姿态控制难题，覆盖湿滑路面、上下坡等复杂工况。
3、搭建车辆动力学模型，完成参数辨识与控制误差、稳定性补偿，设计抗饱和、防侧翻等鲁棒安全控制策略，适配矿区作业场景。
4、开展算法工程化开发与实车联调，对接底盘执行机构，基于CAN通信实现参数管理与故障诊断，参与搭建MIL/SIL/HIL仿真验证体系。
5、围绕跟踪精度、制动响应、平顺性等核心指标，利用实车数据形成优化闭环，定位并闭环解决各类现场控制问题。
6、跟踪运动控制前沿技术，推进新技术工程落地，参与系统安全冗余设计，提升多车型运行可靠性。
7、协同感知、规划、底盘等团队开展技术对接；输出算法方案、标定规范、仿真及实车测试文档。
任职要求:
1、2年以上自动驾驶/辅助驾驶运动控制算法研发经验，车辆工程、自动化、控制理论等相关专业硕士及以上；无人矿卡背景优先，优秀商用车、辅助驾驶背景亦可，主机厂项目经历加分。
2、掌握PID、LQR、MPC等控制算法，具备横纵向控制、状态估计、故障诊断等实车调试经验。
3、熟悉矿卡、铰接车等重载车辆动力学特性，理解转向、制动系统工作边界；具备基于转向、制动特性开发自适应补偿算法经验，拥有湿滑路面、上下坡工况控制开发经验优先。
4、具备多车型实车调试、参数标定经验，可独立分析并解决复杂控制难题。
5、熟练使用Matlab/Simulink、C++、Python中至少一项；能够借助AI工具辅助编程开发功能模块。
6、熟悉CAN通信协议，了解底盘架构；掌握功能安全、预期功能安全知识优先。
1、具备无人矿卡、商用车主机厂自动驾驶项目规模化落地经验；
2、具备转向制动协同控制、防侧翻鲁棒控制等开发经历；
3、具备基于数据驱动、机理-数据融合等方法解决多车型、多工况控制一致性与稳定性问题经验；
4、持有自动驾驶控制相关发明专利，或发表VSD、TVT等车辆控制领域高水平学术论文。
