负责变频驱动器硬件架构设计与开发（主功率回路、控制电路、辅助电源等）； 主导功率器件（IGBT / SiC/ 新型功率器件）及关键电路设计计算与选型； 完成原理图和PCB设计，输出BOM和测试计划等技术文档； 完成变频驱动器的测试和验证，独立解决测试过程中发现的技术问题； 与HVAC产品工程师和电气系统设计工程师一同提供最优的电气控制系统解决方案，支持电磁兼容问题的分析和解决； 支持变频驱动器生产和测试过程中的技术问题，重大售后问题的分析和解决； 支持测试团队的验证方案、测试系统搭建和变更点管理； 紧跟行业发展趋势，跟踪研究最新的变频驱动器拓扑结构和关键器件升级换代； 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求； 执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度。对功能块的危险源和环境因素进行辨识、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施；
