The HR Generalist will lead HR compliance initiatives for IPSD Wuxi and Changshu while serving as the HR Business Partner for the PLM Wuxi team. Responsibilities include managing local HR policies, handling complex employee relations cases, and providing data-driven insights to support business performance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or operations environment is required, along with solid knowledge of China labor laws.

This role is responsible for leading HR compliance work for IPSD Wuxi and Changshu to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and HR process requirements. The role will also serve as the HR Business Partner for the PLM Wuxi team and other support functions, working closely with the global HR Business Partner and local leadership to enhance employee experience and support business performance.
