The Contracts Specialist serves as the primary contact for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements for global stakeholders. They are responsible for managing the contracts queue, maintaining the template library, and ensuring compliance with approval policies.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in-house. A law degree and experience with Apttus/Conga or GDPR regulations are highly preferred.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
