FUNCIONES GENERALES DEL PUESTO

3.3 Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, habilidad para manejar múltiples asignaciones simultáneamente y habilidades

3.5 Establecimiento de requisitos para las materias primas o los productos intermedios para proveedores y supervisar su
cumplimiento.
3.6 Participa en el diseño de los productos, selección de materiales y realización de ensayos.
3.7 Interviene en la preparación de la documentación de los proyectos, definición del proceso y sistema de trabajo.
3.8 Coordina el desarrollo e industrialización de nuevos productos o modificaciones de los ya existentes.
3.9 Se encarga del seguimiento de la producción.
3.10Se encarga de la revisión de documentación técnica de cliente para definición de producto.
3.11 Analiza datos de partida del proyecto y pilota la consecución de la planificación.
3.12Supervisa los procesos y métodos de elaboración de productos, intentando encontrar las soluciones más adecuadas para
obtener una mayor eficiencia y que los artículos tengan las características deseadas.
3.13Su objetivo es desarrollar el modelo de negocio del producto o línea de producto.
3.14Es quien hace la toma de decisiones de compra/fabricación/colaboración.
3.15Cotización de la fabricación de nuevos productos y darle seguimiento hasta su producción.
4.0 RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO
4.1 Responsabilidades
4.1.1 Recibir y comprender el Paquete de Diseño (incluyendo, pero no limitado a planos 2D y 3D / BOM del cliente
o centro de diseño) y asegurar los planos CBOM / completos para la obtención, proveedores y producción.
4.1.2 Estimación de coste unitario basada en el bloqueo de diseño (materiales / mano de obra directa / gastos
generales).
4.1.3 DFM - Coordinación con Ingenieros de Procesos y Diseño (comunicación bidireccional) para alinearse.
4.1.4 Especificación de materiales para proveedores: coordinación con ingenieros de diseño y proveedores para la
aprobación de especificaciones.
4.1.5 Calificación de materiales de proveedores: coordinación entre proveedores, ingenieros de diseño y calidad.
4.1.6 Ejemplo de construcción (EVT / DVT / PVT) y calendario NPI para la cualificación del producto.
4.1.7 Documentación relacionada con productos para producción (BOM / Enrutamiento / PFMEA / PCP / WI /
Instrucciones de inspección)
4.1.8 Planificación de Materiales (CTB)
4.1.9 Elaboración de Plan de Producción y asegurar de que las entregas sean de calidad.
