Business Development Manager – EFC (Elastomeric Flow Control)

Location: Remote position; Preferably Midwest or East Coast in US (Western Europe possible)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager – EFC (Elastomeric Flow Control). EFC is part of Aptar Closures and specializes in designing, developing, manufacturing, and commercializing elastomeric flow-control valve solutions for dispensing packaging and select non-packaging markets.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth for EFC by building a strong pipeline, converting opportunities, and expanding our presence—primarily in Medical Devices and other non-packaging applications. This role leads market development and strategic go-to-market initiatives to position Aptar EFC’s flow-control and fluid-management offering with targeted customers and applications.
