Perform curative and preventive maintenance on production equipment and implement technical improvements to enhance safety, quality, and performance. Manage spare parts, update the CMMS system, and participate in the deployment of TPM and FMEA processes.
Requires a BAC+2 degree in plastics engineering or electrotechnics, or equivalent professional experience. Candidates must be familiar with quality systems and hold certifications for operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

Voici le début de votre aventure APTAR :
Vous réaliser les actions de maintenance curatives et préventives sur les équipements. Vous proposez et mettez en place des améliorations techniques dans le but d’améliorer la sécurité, la qualité et les performances des moyens de production. Pour cela, vous devrez :
Intervenir dans son (ses) domaine(s) de compétence (électrique, électronique, pneumatique, mécanique, hydraulique, automatismes).
Intervenir sur les problèmes techniques ou qualités avec les régleurs injection ou décor.
Mettre en œuvre les actions correctives de maintenance.
Renseigner le système de GMAO.
Gérer les pièces détachées des équipements de décor, des presses, des robots et de tous les périphériques.
Définir les besoins d’achat dans le cadre des opérations curatives, préventives ou d’améliorations.
Participer à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges (AMDEC), aux opérations de préparation, validation et réception des moyens de production.
Participer à la mise en place et le déploiement de la TPM.
Notre futur(e) collègue :
Niveau de formation : BAC+2 en plasturgie ou électrotechnique ou expérience équivalent.
Compétences complémentaires : Connaître les procédures, les instructions et les modes opératoires liés à la fonction. Connaître l’organisation liée au système qualité du site. Habilitation à la conduite de nacelles, ponts roulants.
