The Process Engineer will establish and monitor robust manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and optimized output rates. They are responsible for troubleshooting equipment, implementing corrective actions, and leading technical improvements across the production facility.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of technical experience in plastics and a strong understanding of scientific molding and statistical process control. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor degree is preferred.

Establish and monitor robust initial processes to ensure that efficient and quality practices are being used and cycles/output rates are optimized. Work with development team on new projects to specify and establish new equipment, tools, process and monitor process data collection and maintain process controls. Work with vendors to resolve issues. Sets high expectations for technical group and leads by example to drive improvements and obtain company objectives. Run tasks to completion.
