SUMMARY: The Senior Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with key referral sources in the healthcare industry and serving as a resource for these services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Develops, implements, and adjusts a strategic sales plan creating a defined approach to territory management to increase market share and achieve referral, admits, and growth targets in an assigned territory.
Quantifies, prospects, and develops key relationships with strategic referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, clinics, rehabs, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities.
Cultivates these relationships to gain access and become an established resource to critical decision makers and influencers.
Conducts daily calls with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
Assists in coordination of care for patients with clear, effective communication and timely follow up on patient status.
Provides exceptional customer service through accurate and timely answers to questions posed, and solutions to challenges faced.
Identifies, develops, and leverages positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize outcomes for the business, customers, and patients.
Navigates effectively though an unpredictable environment by identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Views changing conditions as a positive means through which to develop personal capabilities.
