The Senior VIP Marketing Host is responsible for generating revenue by developing relationships with target guests and selling VIP table reservations. They manage guest requests, maintain visibility within the facility, and ensure high levels of guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the nightlife industry and a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements include proficiency in office software, being 21+ years of age, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The Senior VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports their execution, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding expectations in service and dependability.
