The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service by building long-term relationships and serving as a product knowledge expert. They are also responsible for coaching team members on selling skills and operational procedures to achieve store goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate superior customer service and problem-resolution skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

Specific qualifications for this role include:
Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $15.00 per hour and $16.92 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $8.85 to $11.55, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
