Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, though the company is willing to train candidates without prior experience. Availability to work weekends is required as leasing offices are open seven days a week.

As our Leasing Consultant, you will be the sales person that helps future residents find a new place to call home. You will guide them through the entire process from the initial contact, apartment tour, application process, and move-in orientation. Eventually, you'll take them through the journey of living at a Dweck community.
Our leasing offices are open 7 days a week which requires schedule availability to work weekends. Weekends are your money-making days making them the best days to work!
Requirements
Experience in a customer service or sales role. But if you don't have experience in neither, no worries, we'd love to train you.
