Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes. You are committed to staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with customers, ultimately building engaging customer experiences.
