The salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services like battery and wiper installations. They also manage store inventory processes, including stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining operational standards.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales experience and basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work flexible hours including weekends, and effectively communicate in English.
What is a Salesperson?
