Requires experience in e-commerce and online sales, preferably within the premium or retail sector, and familiarity with Shopify. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, a high sense of aesthetics, and fluency in both English and Polish.

Do naszego Zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Specjalisty_tki ds. e-commerce, która będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój i optymalizację sprzedaży online w segmencie luxury. Szukamy osoby, która łączy kompetencje analityczne z operacyjnymi, posiada wyczucie estetyki i standardów marki luksusowej oraz potrafi budować doświadczenia zakupowe na najwyższym poziomie.
Zakres obowiązków
• Rozwój i bieżące zarządzanie sklepem internetowym,
• Optymalizacja ścieżki zakupowej (UX/UI) oraz procesów sprzedażowych,
• Analiza wyników sprzedaży i zachowań użytkowników (Google Analytics, raporty sprzedażowe),
• Wdrażanie działań zwiększających konwersję i wartość koszyka,
• Bliska współpraca z innymi działami hotelu w celu budowania doświadczeń zakupowych i tworzenia spójnej oferty online,
• Nadzór nad treściami produktowymi i estetyką platformy e-commerce,
• Dbałość o najwyższy poziom obsługi klienta oraz budowanie relacji z klientem premium, zgodnie ze standardami Hotelu Bristol, Warsaw należącego do portfolio marki The Luxury Collection,
• Wspieranie działań SEO w obszarze e-commerce,
• Udział w projektach rozwojowych i optymalizacyjnych,
• Nadzór nad ekspozycją produktów w punktach stacjonarnych (witryny, displaye),
• Odpowiedzialność za procesy finansowo-logistyczne: rejestrowanie sprzedaży, koordynacja procesu wysyłek zamówień, przyjmowanie i realizowanie reklamacji oraz ewentualnych zwrotów.
Wymagania
• Doświadczenie w e-commerce, w tym w zarządzaniu sklepem internetowym i sprzedażą online (preferowane doświadczenie w branży premium lub retail),
• Znajomość platform e-commerce i narzędzi sprzedażowych (mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z Shopify),
• Kompetencje analityczne i umiejętność interpretowania danych sprzedażowych i zachowań użytkowników,
• Podstawowa znajomość SEO w kontekście e-commerce,
• Dbałość o wysoką jakość obsługi klienta i optymalizację doświadczenia zakupowego,
• Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu finansów operacyjnych,
• Umiejętności organizacyjne i doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami,
• Umiejętność pracy projektowej i współpracy międzydziałowej, otwartość i komunikatywność,
• Zaangażowanie, samodzielność, determinacja oraz proaktywność w działaniu,
• Wysokie poczucie estetyki i dbałość o detale,
• Umiejętność tworzenia treści i doświadczeń zgodnych ze standardami komunikacji marki luksusowej,
