The Quality Control Supervisor will lead daily QC operations, oversee product releases, and mentor a team of associates to ensure high performance. They will also drive continuous improvement, implement QC methods, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain strict ISO 13485 and GMP compliance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Molecular Biology. At least one year of industrial experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with knowledge of molecular biology techniques and quality standards is required.
