Now, a leading developer and contract manufacturer of high-value frozen bakery snacks & handheld meals for branded food manufacturers selling through foodservice and retail grocery channels, our products include individually frozen, fully finished sweet and savory bakery products in a variety of shapes and sizes with most products containing one or more fillings. About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-paced bakery manufacturing operations. This role provides hands-on HR support while partnering closely with plant leadership to strengthen workforce performance, improve retention, and optimize labor costs. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational HR foundation combined with a passion for workforce analytics, HR technology, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with HRIS (ADP preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms within HR is highly preferred
- Experience with compensation, benefits, or workforce analytics is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily HR Operations & Plant Support:
- Provide frontline HR support across shifts
- Support staffing coordination, onboarding, and attendance tracking
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies
- Support benefits administration and leave programs
- Use HR systems and data to improve reporting and decision-making
- Facilitate and track training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to build a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now
- AI/automation exposure
- Experience with compensation analysis and market benchmarking
- Understanding of labor metrics in manufacturing (e.g., turnover, overtime, absenteeism)
- Experience implementing or supporting HR technology improvements

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse, multilingual workforce
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and relationships on the production floor
