Act as a bridge between Program, Engineering, and Change Boards to support the implementation of design changes in the supply chain. Lead NPI data analysis, track recurring and non-recurring costs, and develop dashboards for KPI preparation.
Requires a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Business Informatics with at least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and project management. Proficiency in SAP, PLM, and English is required, with German being a plus.
Job Description:
The position is allocated within Procurement of Airbus Aerostructures and acts as the bridge between Program, Engineering, and different Change Boards. Manufacturing Engineering, Production, for the Industrialization of NPIs at suppliers.
Alignment with specialist departments such as Manufacturing Engineering, Cost Engineers, Strategic Procurement, Production, Supply Chain Quality, and others.
Track NonRecurring and Recurring Costs, Lead Time and Feasibility of the NPIs.
Check and follow up the completeness and accuracy of data provided.
Lead and develop a dashboard to support the NPI Data Analysis and preparation of KPIs.
Support the building of NPI processes such as databases/checklists.
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification acquired through alternative paths
Minimum of 5 years of work experience ideally in the area of procurement, supply chain and operations as well as in project management
Strong customer orientation combined with effective communication skills and necessary assertiveness
Analytic way of thinking and solution oriented way of working
Knowledge in SAP, PLM, C-Place,Skywise & Google Workspace
Flexibility and willingness to travel (national/ international)
Fluent in English (written & spoken) and in German (as a plus)
