  • Realizo um atendimento proativo, personalizado e em mobilidade, estabelecendo bases para a criação de uma relação de confiança que garante a fidelização do Cliente Habitante;

  • Sou responsável pela venda solução ao Cliente, antecipando e detetando corretamente as necessidades do Cliente Habitante, apoiando-o no processo de escolha da melhor solução (produto + complementares + serviço) para a satisfação da sua necessidade;

  • Conheço em profundidade a oferta de produtos da minha secção e seus complementares, transmitindo segurança e profissionalismo para o Cliente Habitante;

  • Conheço as ferramentas digitais ao serviço do Cliente Habitante e os diferentes meios de venda disponíveis (site e kiosk), utilizando-os para lhe proporcionar a melhor experiência;

  • Conheço, proponho e vendo os vários serviços disponibilizados pela LEROY MERLIN, na minha loja, e as suas vantagens: entrega, instalação, Cartão da Casa, manutenção, financiamento, certificação energética, barras tejadilho, aluguer de ferramentas e aluguer carrinhas, entre outros;

  • Executo o pagamento no Ponto de Conselho

  • Executo a implantação de OPCOMs, novas coleções, POGs, pódios e topos, em interdependência com a equipa de Logística Loja.

  • Habilitações Literárias ao nível de 12.º ano/ Curso Técnico Profissional;
