Making account plan for key customers Develop Indonesia customers according to the account plan
Manage & lead Indonesia commercial team.
1. Develop new customers and introduce new Distributor/Agents in responsible area. Make sales strategy plan according to company sales target and local market situation. Collect market information, make analysis and reports.
2. To control customer management well, maintain good relationship with current customers and increase customer visits vs. previous year. Market status/feedback to supervisor and management meetings, improve relevance and new product requirements. "
3. To keep full control of the project sales activities in responsible area.
4. Responsible for sales of Indonesia market."
5. Enhance optimistic working atmosphere & culture and keep good communication with other departments.
6. To work in partnership with other BBRG SEA entities to grow the market in the region."
7. Competitor and market intelligence collection
8. Payment collection management
9. Making business plan according to the segment / customers
10. Provide guiding & support to the surbodinate
11. Market development for Indonesia and supporting other SEA sales which has related customers in Indonesia.
