The Regional Sales Manager will drive the promotion and sales of Dramix solutions in South China to meet turnover, volume, and market share objectives. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, developing new customer relationships, and overseeing credit policies for the flooring segment.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in the construction or flooring industry with a proven track record of performance. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is preferred, along with strong English communication skills and a willingness to travel intensively.

In line with the general China market development strategy and our future ambition, perform all activities related to the promotion and sales of Dramix solution in the most important region and customers for flooring segment in order to reach the set objective in terms of turnover, volume, market share and contribution in accordance with Bekaert strategy.
| 1. Sales target management: | Be responsible for the sale for flooring base on the business development strategy in the region: | |||
| --Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure the delivery of the team objective | ||||
| --to ensure the delivery of the individual sales volume and profit set by the company | ||||
| --Build the project pipeline as set | ||||
| --improve success ratio | ||||
| 2. New customer development and relationship Management | - Successfully develop a certain number of new customers in the flooring business value chain (numbers as per defined by the business) |

| --Build up the loyal of customers via daily relationship management and providing necessary support to the clients sales acitivities | ||||
| --Build up a few qualified flooring contractor partners to support the regional business. | ||||
| 3. Marketing activities | --Actively visit the design institute to promote the latest product and solution and improve the confidence of Engineer in our system, with sound project leads | |||
| --Support the market communication program and increase the exposure and leadership of the Dramix solution in the flooring industry | ||||
| --Collect and update the market information regularly | ||||
| 4. Credit management | - Implement Bekaert’s credit policy. - Follow up on the credit situation of customers and stimulate all necessary actions in order to ensure that invoices are paid on a timely basis. - Control DSO (Days of sales outstanding) and overdue. |
Good spoken and written English.
