The IT Manager defines and executes the global IT strategy across all EMS sites to ensure operational continuity and cybersecurity. This includes leading global IT operations, managing infrastructure, and overseeing ERP/MES systems across multiple international locations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and over 15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Proven expertise in industrial environments, multinational operations, and cybersecurity frameworks is required.

The IT Manager is responsible for defining and executing the global IT strategy across all EMS sites, ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, and the implementation of technology solutions that support industrial efficiency and business growth.
