The Senior Operations Planning Specialist will manage manufacturing planning and execution, ensuring alignment between demand and supply while maintaining data integrity. They will lead planning review meetings, optimize production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences and possess 5-8 years of experience in operations or supply chain planning within a GMP environment. Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills are essential for managing complex manufacturing schedules and stakeholder relationships.

As a key member of the Operations Planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of manufacturing activities across the site. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer demand, operational capacity, and business priorities while driving continuous improvement in planning processes and data integrity.
