GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for housekeeping on the manufacturing floor and maintaining the oil reclaim area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within specified safety rules and procedures. Help identify and resolve safety issues.
Clean oil/ resin on the floor around the injection molding machines and maintain 5-s standards in the manufacturing area on machines, equipment and work areas.
Assist in cleanup after mold changes.
Perform general tasks including but not limited to conveyors, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic oil leaks, lubricant levels and preventive maintenance.
Assist in Total Preventative Maintenance duties with the Operations Team Member.
Maintain good relationships with team members and peers and assist when needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and 5-s in the oil reclaim area. Assist facilities maintenance with reclaim/filtering of good used oil.
Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good communication skills
Must work well in a team environment
Must show strong safety awareness and good housekeeping skills
H.S. Diploma or GED preferred
Must successfully complete powered lift truck training
Must successfully complete lock out/tag out training
