The Laboratory Administrator manages daily laboratory operations, including sample intake, test kit logistics, and inventory control. They ensure accurate documentation, maintain sample traceability, and coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in a lab science or related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in laboratory operations or coordination is required, along with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with LIMS or ERP systems.

Position Overview:
The Laboratory Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a services laboratory, including sample intake, test kit logistics, inventory, and customer coordination. This role ensures accurate tracking and communication from sample receipt through reporting.
This position is based at our Cincinnati, OH facility and will require fully on-site working Monday-Friday.
