Manage the full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly positions within manufacturing and distribution sites. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and partner with leadership to build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically within manufacturing or distribution environments. Must have experience with high-volume recruiting, behavioral interviewing, and applicant tracking systems.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, this role will provide recruiting services to several manufacturing or distribution sites. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with manufacturing HR Business Partners, plant leadership and front-line supervisors to manage the full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions. The Talent Acquisition Parter II will develop and execute tactics to source and select the best talent in the market. The TA Partner II will ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and customers.
Pay range for this opportunity is $65,000 - $88,825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
