This is a unique opportunity in a complex, intellectually stimulating regulatory environment working alongside hard-working dedicated colleagues inside and outside the legal department. The Corporate Counsel will work on a variety of the company’s legal matters primarily focused on labor and employment matters (including organizational support and guidance, as well as active litigation), with progressively wider practice area opportunities including developing and reviewing company policies, procedures and training, contract review, data protection and privacy, and more. The candidate should be an energetic self-starter who is willing to take on projects and can work under pressure within a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple matters concurrently with competing deadlines, and is able to maintain productive relationships with management and the C-Suite.
