The lead will own the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of wafer-scale probe stations for Silicon Photonics characterization. They will also develop automation scripts and data infrastructure to analyze large-volume wafer prober outputs to ensure product performance and yield.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant optical/photonics test experience with hands-on expertise in wafer-scale probe stations. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required, with a PhD preferred.

This is a deeply hands-on individual contributor role. The ideal candidate leads from the bench — driving test recipe development, prober automation, data infrastructure, and continuous improvement of wafer-level probe capabilities for Silicon Photonics production and NPI.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
158,600 - 237,600, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
