A Day in the Life:
As a SuperintendentIntern/Co-op, every day brings a new lesson. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
Here's what you can expect:
Field Operations – Gain exposure to how ARCO manages daily job site activities from site mobilization through project completion.
Safety Leadership – Participate in daily safety meetings, job site inspections, and learn how to promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
Scheduling & Coordination – Assist with coordinating subcontractor activities and monitoring progress to help keep projects on schedule.
Quality Control – Observe and support quality inspections to ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and ARCO standards.
Necessary Qualifications:
Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0
Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program
Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
Active Driver's License
