A Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in a mental health, counseling, or milieu setting is preferred. Candidates must be able to handle on-call shifts and demonstrate professional tact and resourcefulness.

Position Summary:
The Milieu Manager is responsible for assuring that the facility runs smoothly, supplies are being ordered, concerns are communicated to the home office and for managerial oversight of Mental Health Technicians. The Milieu Manager consults with the Program Director and the home office regarding needs/duties to be completed and works closely with the Program Director when any issues arise.

Compensation: Pay Range: $55,000-65,000 annually
