This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be a part of Gartner’s Digital Product team (Digital Products and Innovation), a fast-growing product organization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is deeply motivated to solve complex problems with elegant and innovative solutions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the product's direction, execution, and team development.
What you will do:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of Gartner’s digital suite of products for clients
Partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, data science and more to deliver high value products to our clients
Drive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy across multiple product areas to support business objectives
Participate in and lead concept sprints to build a product roadmap, defining critical features/functions in line with core strategy and objectives
Drive portfolio prioritization, balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
Use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product vision, and drive alignment across the organization.
What you will need:
12-15 years’ experience working as a digital product owner, ideally working on large-scale SaaS applications, enterprise software or technology platforms, with 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managers
Ideally you have digital product management experience both at startups and enterprise software/product companies with a strong product mindset
Bachelors or MBA/equivalent degree
You have an eye for what a good technology product and a great user experience looks like
Track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders across BUs and leading to measurable results with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 136,000 USD - 189,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
