The Team Leader is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the Claims Management Team to ensure efficient billing services. This role involves supervising insurance specialists, monitoring production standards, and acting as a liaison between staff, management, and patients.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with a two-year medical billing course or equivalent experience preferred. At least one year of supervisory experience and three years of medical office experience are preferred, along with strong knowledge of medical insurance and coding.
The Team Leader, Radiology Billing Claims Management is a Full Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm at Inland Imaging Business Center in Spokane. May have the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after training.
Summary: This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Claims Management Team by planning, organizing, and directing the activities of employees and effectively utilizing all resources in the delivery of Inland Imaging billing services.
