We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Philanthropy Officer, Individual Giving, to join the National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Development team. A Senior Regional Philanthropy Officer is responsible for identifying, engaging, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding current and prospective regional donors in expanding their financial support of the work of the American Red Cross. Incumbents will manage an assigned portfolio of donors, sponsors, and prospects to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals of $1,000,000 in the first year. They will also serve as a resource for less experienced team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of donor development plans and the region's overall success. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 plus incentives.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and a comparison to other employees already in this role.
