Provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse therapy for diverse populations within an integrated care team. Lead clinical supervision of staff, manage behavioral health projects, and coordinate care with medical providers.
Requires a license as an LCSW-C, Psychologist, or LCPC with at least three years of therapy experience. Must be a board-approved clinical supervisor or able to obtain licensure within six months.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Behavioral Health Therapist provides culturally competent behavioral health assessments and therapy for individuals, families, and groups in a community-based setting. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, reserving approximately 8 hours per week for administrative and program leadership duties. The Lead works as part of an integrated primary care team, supervises and supports staff, and promotes the growth and quality of CCI’s behavioral health services.
As a member of the health center’s integrated care team the Lead Behavioral Health Consultant will fulfill the following KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES towards the provision of patient-centered, coordinated patient care:
