The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, educate families, and develop individualized care plans within the Heart and Vascular Unit. They are also responsible for mentoring team members, conducting purposeful rounding, and implementing evidence-based improvements to clinical practice.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current Maryland State nursing license and at least one year of RN experience. A passing score on the NCLEX and active American Heart Association BLS certification are required.
Work Schedule:

• Typical Daily Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Shift Type: Night
• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend rotation
• Holiday Requirements: every other holiday rotation
