The Labor and Delivery Technician provides patient care duties delegated by the RN, including hygiene, mobility, and procedural support. They also assist the anesthesiologist with equipment and procedures while maintaining a clean and stocked clinical environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a current certification as a nursing assistant by the Maryland State Board of Nursing. Additionally, a BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
