Perform initial examinations, evaluations, and develop treatment plans for patients requiring vestibular rehabilitation. Provide and supervise therapy interventions while coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team and documenting patient progress.
Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and hold an active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
