The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures product quality and safety standards are met while providing support to the Quality Assurance Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing technicians, conducting microbiological and chemical testing, managing quality holds, and coaching staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of quality experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with testing equipment, computer systems like Oracle, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment are required.
