The Superintendent provides leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, including managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment. They are responsible for ensuring work adheres to specifications, safety protocols, and the established project schedule and budget.
Candidates must have 7+ years of commercial construction experience and proficiency in construction management software like Procore and MS Project. Additionally, they must hold a valid driver's license and maintain OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
The Construction Superintendent provides leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely and in accordance with the established schedule and budget. Superintendents shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The Superintendent often provides leadership to field employees such as Laborers, Field Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents.
