The Team Lead is responsible for reviewing and approving final delivery documents for commercial loans while ensuring compliance with lender guide requirements. They also act as a primary point of contact for customers and provide technical guidance to the team to resolve complex loan issues.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial loan closing, and a bachelor's degree. Strong technical skills in data analysis, report generation, and experience in mentoring team members are required.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
