Your role
This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of wellbeing programs, projects and services that support the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
What you’ll do
As part of the Recruitment, Engagement and Wellbeing team within People Branch, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Deliver a range of wellbeing programs, initiatives and services that support employee wellbeing across the department and Corrective Services NSW.
Provide timely advice and guidance to leaders and employees on wellbeing matters and available support services.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of wellbeing programs and services.
Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives, using feedback, data and evaluation outcomes to enhance effectiveness and employee experience.
Monitor changes in legislation, policy and best practice, and provide advice on potential impacts to organisational processes and wellbeing initiatives.
Contribute to project activities, reporting requirements, communications and other initiatives that support the broader objectives of the Recruitment, Engagement and Wellbeing team.

We are looking for an individual who has project management experience with strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. The person will have experience in delivering wellbeing or health related programs, services or initiatives.
You will be a team player who can manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes, in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The person will be able provide practical, evidence-based advice that aligns with legislation, policy, organisational priorities and the needs of our people.

You will have a passion for learning and growing in this area to provide expert support and advice to deliver on wellbeing initiatives.
Essential requirements of the role
Qualifications in a relevant field and/ or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience working in a professional health and safety environment.
