This is a temporary 6-month position.
Foot Locker is looking for a highly organized, operationally driven, and collaborative Manager, Marketing Operations to join the EMEA Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing planning and campaign operations across the region. Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and brand partners, you will ensure that seasonal campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and with excellence across all channels.
A key aspect of the role is supporting the management of the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting of marketing investments. You will help bring financial discipline, visibility, and accountability to budget allocation and campaign spend, while supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. In addition, you will drive adoption and best-practice use of marketing planning and campaign management tools, including Airtable, while bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to the campaign planning process.

Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Drive the end-to-end operational planning and execution of seasonal and brand campaigns across EMEA.
Develop, maintain, and manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment across marketing, retail marketing, promotions, PR, advertising, digital, e-commerce, and social media teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs.
Ensure all campaign assets, activations, and experiences are delivered accurately and on schedule across all channels.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
Process & Operational Excellence
Create, organize, and continuously optimize scalable marketing processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and execution quality.
Streamline workflows and identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce complexity, and improve team effectiveness.
Support the planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting of the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned to strategic priorities and investments are accurately managed across channels, campaigns, and markets.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to provide budget visibility, monitor spend, support forecasting, and drive accountability for marketing investments.
Support operational planning, budget tracking, resource management, and reporting.
Establish clear project governance and ways of working to ensure accountability and alignment across stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation, project templates, and process guidelines to support consistent execution.
Systems & Tools Management
Own and champion the use of Airtable as the primary campaign planning and project management platform for EMEA Marketing.
Drive adoption of Airtable by coaching, supporting, and influencing teams to embrace standardized processes and workflows.
Ensure campaign data, timelines, deliverables, and project statuses are accurately maintained within the system.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, improved reporting, and workflow enhancements.
Act as a key point of contact for users, continuously improving system utilization and effectiveness.
Reporting & Performance Management
Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into campaign progress and operational performance.
Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data, identify trends, support planning activities, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across planning and reporting processes.
Support leadership with regular reporting on campaign delivery, resource allocation, timelines, and operational performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Campaign Operations, or a similar role.
Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Proven experience managing marketing budgets, including budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and financial reporting, with the ability to partner effectively with Finance and business stakeholders.
Advanced user of Airtable or similar project management and workflow tools, with the ability to drive adoption and ensure teams consistently follow processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and planning tools.
Process-oriented with a passion for creating structure, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems before they impact delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Collaborative, hands-on, and committed to delivering high-quality execution.
Preferred:
Experience working with Airtable at scale within a marketing or creative organization.
Experience building dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting frameworks.
Experience partnering with agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
Familiarity with budget tracking, resource planning, and operational reporting.
