The Director of Retail Visual Merchandising Operations leads the execution engine behind visual merchandising strategy—overseeing retail production, project management, and operational delivery across all store environments. This role ensures that creative vision is translated into scalable, cost-effective, and timely in-store experiences that elevate the brand and drive commercial impact. This leader partners cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Creative, Store Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to bring campaigns, seasonal updates, and permanent fixtures to life—on time and on budget.

The annual base salary range is $130000 - $145000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
