会社概要
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 62 countries.
Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people’s lives. Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world’s most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.

You will be responsible for specific workstreams and project activities while gaining hands-on experience in project delivery. This is a developmental role designed for professionals who aspire to become independent Project Managers in the future, rather than being accountable for the overall project from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Project Administration & Coordination
・Prepare meeting minutes and track action items

・Support procurement and contract administration activities
・Assist with obtaining, reviewing, and comparing vendor quotations
Office Relocation & Renovation Project Support
・Assist with furniture procurement, workplace equipment coordination, and move management activities
・Support on-site coordination during construction and implementation phases
・Assist in preparing client presentations, status reports, and project documentation
・Support PMs and Senior PMs in tracking project issues, risks, and deliverables across stakeholders
・Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
・Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver reliable, high-quality work
・Strong interest in office relocation, renovation, and workplace transformation projects
・Native-level Japanese proficiency
Preferred
・Experience in construction management, interior fit-out, real estate, facilities management (FM), or related industries
・Basic knowledge or experience in cost control and schedule management
