The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing daily shifts, scheduling, and ensuring high standards of guest experience and food quality. They lead the restaurant team through coaching and development while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of business financials. Physical ability to work long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends/holidays is required.
