The Project Superintendent is responsible for the successful delivery of multi-family, senior living, and hospitality projects. Key duties include managing jobsite operations, overseeing safety and quality assurance, and coordinating between various construction disciplines to meet the owner's schedule.
Candidates should have a strong track record in construction management with preferred experience in design/build and carpentry. Proficiency in construction management software and strong leadership skills are required to manage labor productivity and project budgets.

We have an opportunity for an experienced construction Project Superintendent with a strong track record of successfully completing multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, and/or hospitality projects. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
$120,000 - $150,000 per year. This is a good faith estimate based on available market data. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, cell phone allowance, and all company-sponsored employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, student loan assistance, and PTO.
