Job Summary The HR Business Partner will lead strategic and day-to-day
HR operations for the Miami Branch office, overseeing all HR initiatives,

employee relations support and coaching, performance management, talent
development, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role will
initially support the Miami Branch, with scope gradually expanding to include the
New Orleans Branch office. The Miami office is located at 655 NW 3rd Ave, Miami, FL

The ideal candidate will bring strong employee relations and
performance management experience, a proven ability to influence leaders, and
