Partner with Superintendents to oversee physical construction, ensuring high quality, profitability, and adherence to schedules. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and staff while coordinating permits, submittals, and punch lists.
Requires 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent with a reputable GC/CM or subcontractor. Proficiency with Procore, CMiC, and MS Office is preferred.

We are looking for Assistant Superintendents to partner with our experienced Superintendents in overseeing the physical construction of the project and ensure it is delivered with a high level of quality, profitability and by meeting or exceeding the construction schedule. Are you a team player who loves to work in the field and wants to build challenging and rewarding projects? In this role, you will assist the project team in managing the construction process and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Shawmut staff.

Miami Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 The range stated is specific to Miami. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
